Testimonials from grateful families

Shari was my life savior! She helped me get back on track with my breastfeeding journey after being told to use formula. She gave me the confidence to continue and her knowledge helped my baby to feed properly..::we even dropped the formula! She is the night in shining armour every mum needs in those early daunting days and beyond. The little texts of encouragement and support were also so reassuring. Call Sheri now!

Where do I begin... Shari is an angel sent from God. I would not have made it without her. I had so many complications when I had my son. I had severe postpartum depression, my son had a tongue, lip and cheek tie, and he even took a chunk out of my nipple from a bad latch. Shari came to my home and guided me on how to properly latch my son, showed me different ways to comfort him, and was also like a mother figure to me. She has truly no idea how much of a blessing my life she was. I was able to make it two years breast feeding my son because of her! She helped us throughout those 2 years when I would have questions and was always so warm and knowledgable.

If you need a lactation consultant (which truly everyone does), Shari is by far the most amazing woman! We love Sheri and she will always be a part of our story! I truly cannot even fully explain my gratitude for her.

As a pediatrician, I've seen first hand how incredible Shari is at supporting parents in their feeding journeys. I've worked with her for almost a decade and have seen her beautifully support thousands of women and families. She is the best in the business, and anyone who finds her will feel her love, expertise, thoughtfulness and genuine care.

I don’t want to imagine my post partum experience without Shari. Having her as a resource made me feel so peaceful! My daughter and I were able to successfully breastfeed for an entire year with her help.

Shari is an absolute wealth of knowledge and her passion for helping people is evident with every interaction. As a husband, it’s been such a positive experience seeing my wife get help from Shari and answers to her every lactation question. I particularly love how she brings the latest knowledge, studies, and data to back up her recommendations. We owe a lot of our early feeding success with our twins to Shari - couldn’t recommend her enough!

Becoming a first-time mom was the most vulnerable I’ve ever felt. I still remember our first night home. Our baby had eaten before we left the hospital, and then I couldn’t get her enough food. She cried the entire night, and I felt completely overwhelmed. The next morning, I called Shari, who had been recommended to me, not realizing at the time that an absolute angel was about to walk through our door.

From the moment Shari arrived, everything shifted. She brought a sense of calm and reassurance that I didn’t even know I needed. In a moment where everything felt uncertain, she made things feel steady, manageable, and safe.

Shari supported me for months as I learned how to successfully feed my first baby, and when baby number two arrived, there was no question I would call her again. One of the most valuable things she provided was clarity. She helped us understand exactly how many ounces our baby needed, gave us practical techniques that actually worked, and guided us through decisions like tongue tie concerns and when it was appropriate to drop a feeding.

Shari is amazing at what she does! I am so grateful I was connected with her. She helped me with lactation services with both of my children. I tell everyone she is the key to success for breastfeeding. I was able to successfully breastfeed both of my children for my goal of one year. Breastfeeding can be so challenging in the beginning and Shari always made me feel comfortable. She is professional, a good communicator, and works to problem solve issues together. Shari continued to offer me support and help over the year timeframe even when we stopped in person visits. I cannot recommend Shari enough for lactation care!

Shari has now helped me navigate feedings with two babies. I can’t say enough great things about her! She has so much empathy and compassion while still giving very clear and direct advice. I had two very different experiences with my kids and she helped me create a plan that met my physical and emotional needs while ensuring my girls got what they needed too. Especially as a new mom, I found this type of support exceptional. Out of all the providers I’ve worked with two pregnancies, Shari has been the best. She’s authentic, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and skilled at creating a plan specific to you and your baby. If I have a 3rd, I’ll certainly continue to tap into her knowledge bank.

Shari was cathartic, deep breath through a stressful and frustrating time as a new mom. I felt a lot of confusion and shame with the inability to breastfeed my newborn son, among a general feeling of overwhelm. Why isn’t feeding your baby human as simple as it should be?? How have humans survived this long?? The answer is lactation consultants. I was recommended Shari through several referrals. I think we had maybe 4 home sessions together total and I was able to breastfeed my son for a full year. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!! She will also provide all of the support you desire, no more no less, and with zero judgement or pressure. She also has extensive knowledge on milk production, formula knowledge, bottle feeding, pumping, weaning…..all the things. Thank you for being so supportive, Shari. You were wonderful.
